My father is the late Clement D. O. Williams, better known as “Bouncin”, a beloved educator, tour operator, playwright, author, social commentator and family man. He published two books, My Early Life in St. Kitts and Nevis in 2012 and Storm Without a Breeze in 2014.
My Early Life in St. Kitts and Nevis is an autobiographical work which chronicles his life, and by extension, life in St. Kitts and Nevis in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. It is a vivid snapshot into the socio-political landscape into the country and notable national events such as the 1970 Christena Disaster. It is funny, insightful and educational all at once.

Storm Without a Breeze contains the scripts to three plays written by Bouncin Williams while he was co-founder and artistic director of the National Players’ Theatre Movement.
“Storm Without A Breeze” is a sociological commentary which is laced with political satire, family life issues and is filled with many moments of comic relief and humor.
‘It’s Only For A Time’ is described as ‘a welcomed reality check showing the hypocrisy of the faith, the in-genuine nature of supposed friends, the repercussions of overindulgence and people’s lack of discretion. The play mirrors reality with some embellishments for heightened comedic value.’
‘Desired Honeymoon Moon’ is a play that brings a societal concern about diet and obesity with the attending health consequences. This is enveloped in the life story of Ben and Agnes with their struggles of an early marriage and their realization of some level of posterity some twenty-five years later.
